Powered by a familiar color scheme, iconic logos, and cutting-edge jersey designs, the New Carlisle Newts have developed one of the most recognizable and unique brands in all of wiffleball. The foundation of the franchise's identity is built on the historic, small town roots of New Carlisle.

Established in 2020, the New Carlisle Wiffle®Ball Hall of Fame honors the all-time great players and most impactful contributors to the rich wiffleball tradition of The Wiffle®Ball Championship and the Old Republic Wiffle®Ball League. Four players have been inducted as New Carlisle Newts.

The Newts have been a consistent title contender on the tournament circuit since 2007. Overall, New Carlisle has captured seven tournament championships and is routinely among the final four. Most notably, the Newts have won The Wiffle®Ball Championship three times (2007, 2008, and 2018) and back-to-back World Wiffle®Ball Championships in 2021 and 2022.
